Beth interviews Velocity teammate & sport psychologist, Dr. Erin Ayala. She is cyclist who competes in several disciplines, including road, gravel, fat biking, and virtual racing. She is the founder of Stamina Racing Collective, a nonprofit organization working to diversify cycling via mentorship, accessibility, and community development. This past virtual season, Erin raced with Velocity Vixen. She finished 2nd in the pro Women’s field in the Echelon Racing League, and took home another second place in the inaugural USA Cycling virtual national championship.
